A Prelude to the Classics has a working relationship with Piano Distributors
of Sarasota to provide rental pianos, lease purchase pianos, and direct purchase of upright, baby grand, grand, concert grand,
and electric pianos at a discount to students of A Prelude to the Classics. Marcy will arrange a consultation with the manager
of Piano Distributors of Sarasota for those who wish to rent, lease, or purchase a piano. For students 5 years + or those
playing over a few months a piano is highly recommended by Marcy. A Prelude to the Classics studios in Palmer Ranch have a concert piano, 3 upright
pianos, a clavinova for orchestration, full drum set, several acoustic guitars, 6 and 12 string, several electric guitars,
bass guitars, percussion, vocal equipment, including full microphones/amplifiers. In the Piano Distributors location, there are two
clavinovas for instrumentation and orchestration, eight child size quality baby grand pianos in a variety of colors,
eight upright full size pianos and percussion instruments for preschoolers and early elementary students. In the new Boca Raton Studio East, students
play on a quality Yamaha baby grand piano. Preschools and students for The Child Prodigy Series have the same equipment:
quality child sized baby grand pianos in pink, red, white and black, and full percussion, as well as a clavinova with plays
a multitude of instruments. Marcy has a working relationship with The Steinway Distributorship to assist in purchases
and rentals. In addition, the Yamaha Distributorship in Sarasota will also work with Boca Raton students.
