Major performance/shows/recitals are held twice per year at the Main Ballroom at TPC Prestancia. The last recital was held on June 5, 2011. CD's are available for all performances. The next performance is scheduled for January 21, 2012. From time to time Marcy asks prepared students to perform at charitable events in the community to benefit the Arts. Students typically perform at Designing Women Galas, Sarasota Ballet Galas, and Executive Women's Luncheons. This year students will perform December 4 at 5:30 at Michaels on East at the Designing Women Gala, as well as December 5 at 11:30AM at Michaels on East at the Executive Women's Luncheon. In addition, several students will be competing in National competitions.  The most recent recitals were
held at Prestancia Golf Club in the ball room on August 14, 2009 and November 20, 2009. Students performed
pieces including Fur Elise, Beethoven, Minuet in G, Beethoven, and Angels Serenade, Baga. Marcy performed the Theme from
Romeo and Juliet, Mancini, and Sonata in C Major, Mozart. The next recital is scheduled for May 2, 2010. Those students prepared and who
enjoy performing will play.
